Who are you?

What streams through your mind everyday? Thoughts of joy? Thoughts of worry? Thoughts of hope? Thoughts of lack?

Whats flows through your body? Feelings of stress? Feelings of emptiness? Feelings of love? Feelings of wholeness?

For one moment, pay attention to yourself. Observe what you are thinking about. Observe what you are feeling. Observe your actions. Observe the level of acceptance towards your current state of living. For that is who you are.

Become who you want to be. Internally. The world you live in is only a reflection of your innermost thoughts and beliefs. Raise awareness of your inner world. Become enthused to see who you really are. I believe in you. Believe in yourself.
